A Different Approach to HOA Management
 

Hi, I’m Chelsey Hudgins, founder of Hudgins Management Services LLC.

For over 15 years, I have built my career around leadership, problem-solving, and serving people. After spending years in retail management, including time as a store manager, I learned that strong organizations are built on communication, accountability, and treating people with respect.

My passion for HOA management comes from personal experience. I have served on the board of my own condominium community for over 10 years, including 8 years as President. During that time, I experienced firsthand the challenges many communities face — balancing financial responsibility, vendor relationships, homeowner concerns, maintenance needs, and the importance of having clear communication.

That experience showed me that many communities do not need a larger company — they need a better partner.

Hudgins Management Services was created with one goal: to bring a more personal, transparent, and responsive approach to HOA management. I believe boards should have a management company that is accessible, organized, and truly invested in the success of their community.

My commitment is simple: provide honest communication, responsible financial oversight, and dependable service while helping boards protect and improve the communities they represent.
